Dana Wing Lau is a multi-hyphenate creator and storyteller. She has almost two decades' worth of experience on stage and screen. Having lived in six major metropolitan areas in the US and growing up with Chinese immigrant parents in Iowa, Dana has a zest and compassion for regional culture. As a host and spokesperson, she has an aptitude for bringing medical, and technical jargon to life in a conversational manner. She is a self-proclaimed “food monster” and loves inspiring others to tell their stories.
